A pleasant, easy, crag situated in quiet, tranquil woods. Plenty of shade; does retain damp after rain though.
Yet another 'beginners' crag that has been redeveloped. The guide shows 10 routes; there are now 20!
Quite difficult to sort out the current reality from the guide. I think there have been three routes slotted in to the existing crag (and I've indicated them with a 'B' suffix' - I might be wrong as the diagram in the current guide is very 'artistic') and then another seven have been added to the R. They are not included as I've no idea of grades.
I was very confused until I spotted that the first route on the topo was 'route 0'!
Drive up from Chambery through La Motte-Servalex. Col is signposted. Ample parking on the col with picnic benches under the trees. Simply walk down the signposted track for 500m to find the crag.
