This is a set of crags in a canyon. Apparently there are more than 100 routes, bolted and trad, with scope for more. This is not the Valle Grande crag in the "Climbs in Mendoza" guidebook.
Drive past the Valle Grande dam and carry on to the un-tarmaced road. Once past the hairpins, there is a signpost for a mirador. Go past that and then there will be a small dirt road on the right just after pylon 045. About 500m along this road is a parking place (a good camp spot). Follow a path marked with cairns to the top of the canyon and the final bit if descent is a via Ferrara. The climbs are up the river in the canyon, 1 to 30 minutes walk. About 40 minutes walk in.
