Crag features
Single and multi-pitch climbs on limestone with huge variation in style and technique. Generally quite hard for the grade and requires good footwork to succeed.
Mostly bolted, but quite a few routes require a few nuts, and a few full trad routes. Bolting can be generously spaced, especially when not at the crux. Quite a lot of the older routes have ring-bolts which are secure but just a bit fiddly to get the draw onto. Belays & lower-offs are generally only a single bolt (no-one seems to know why, it's just taken as tradition!)
Approach notes
Park at the small area at the top of the switchbacks on the road to Kreenheinstetten. The path to the main walls is on the corner of the uppermost switchback.
Alternative parking (pay & display) is available by the minigolf cafe, but then you have to walk up the hill to the crags!
No Access Issues
A signboard at the start of the path details the individual walls and any access restrictions (currently there are no bans at anytime).
