About 40 routes on pale pocketed volcanic rock, quite different in appearance to ignimbrite. Most routes are bolted, (many retrobolted). The Great Rock 'N' Roll Trundle (steep grade 18 handcrack) is a notable exception.
Mostly north-facing with no shelter from the harsh kiwi sun. Expect to fry on clear days.
