Sparrow Slabs offers 2-3 pitch slab climbing at around 60 degrees, with carrot bolts on most of the lines. The remaining climbing areas are to the right of Sparrow Slabs when viewed from the car park. A few short but worthwhile climbs are found to the left of Sparrow Slabs. See the Eastern Victoria climbing guide (2004) for more information.
From Melbourne follow the Hume Hwy to 129km. Turn off onto Oak Valley Road, and then right after about 500m up a dirt road on the right. Sparrow Slabs will appear on the right after 1-2km, with a small space for one or two cars.
