Crag features

Shortly after you pass through Jaraba, the valley narrows and forms a deep canyon with spectacular walls and overhangs of deep red limestone. Jaraba's showpiece crag is the Pared del Temple, with many routes on steep walls with finger pockets.

There are some more very small or unfortunately, to some extent, forgotten crags.

The ideal time to visit Jaraba is during the spring and autumn.

Approach notes

The two areas of climbing (Pared del Temple & Baranco de la Ermita) are located minutes from their respective car parks.

Camping available at Calatayud San Ramon & Lagos Park Nuevalos.
