Even though the Hammerbruddet is a quarry, here the commandments

are for clean climbing!

Routes between 8 and 40 meters. Also few artificial multi-pitch routes.


The most important climbing sector is Bambi, with 11 routes and many variations in the grade 4 to 8 range. Here one can also find the absolute island classic the Hammercracket 6-.

Either abseiling from trees or walking down the path to the foot of the crag.

Approach notes

From Rønne take the road 159 in the direction of Allinge. Three kilometres before Allinge the Slotslyngvej breaks off to the left. Follow this past Hammerhus, until after a small wood there is a sign towards Hammerhavn. Follow the Sænevej until on a bend the Hammersøvej turns off to the right. Follow this to the end where there is a large car park (coordinates of the car park: N55.28041,

E014.76056).

From here you reach the Opalsøen in two minutes. The routes are located around the lake.

No Access Issues
