Approach notes

For the Secteur Marine and Psycho take the road which runs along the coastline of the Cap d'Antibes following directions for the Plage de la Garoupe. During the summer, it may be difficult to park in this area, also it would be better to prioritise two-wheelers. From the beach, follow the footpath to the right which leads to a metal gate indicating the start of the equipped part of the trail. Continue for around 300m.
The Secteur Marine is the first sector reached. Access is normally made via a rocky approach preceding the sector, from which you must swim just over 3m before reaching the start of the routes. 
The Secteur Psycho is found a little further where the trail ends. In the summer this face is sunlit until the late afternoon. Access is found a few metres before an arch of stone, on the left, descending a rocky corridor to a platform on the sea. The routes begin after a short traverse towards the left, for the further ones you must swim and climb from the sea.
