Quick drying crag but look out for loose rock. Some bolts and a few old pegs in place but not all are sound. Opposite the main wall, in the south-eastern part of the quarry, there`s an overhanging wall with a couple of routes and a few bouldering problems.
Glass has been thrown down the wall so climb with caution. The crag base and central area are absolutely covered in shards of glass and could do with a good tidy up. Don't take your kids or dog along with a plan for them to chill out at the bottom for this reason.
From vallis vale parking (google search finds this), take the obvious path opposite the car park and walk alongside the river. At the first sign of rockface on the right, dip in and over the "style". The area immediately on the right has some bolted parts. For the main crag, continue through and then drop down to the left and you will appear in a large central area that has what looks like an old lorry loading ramp in the centre.
