This 200-foot spire is an entirely trad climbing area. While the integrity of the rock leaves something to be desired, the location and accessibility alone may make these climbs worth the effort.
From Port Angeles, drive south into Olympic National Park on Heart o' the Hills Road for about 17 miles, passing through the entrance toll booth along the way. Once at the Hurricane Ridge Lodge parking lot, take the Obstruction Point Road spur SE. Take this for 2 miles until under Steeple Rock at a wider part of the road and scramble up the scree slope.
