The Martinsloch is a hole in the Tschingelhörner mountain of about 19m wide and about 22m high. It is located just below the ridge that forms the border between the cantons of Glarus and Graubünden.
Unpleasant steep rocky/sandy slopes on both sides with some chains to aid progress in places. Also hard to avoid dislodging loose stuff on anyone following. Nevertheless, a special place and it still gets done: check www.hikr.org for an indication of recent success.
From Elm to the north or Flims to the south. Chair lifts available on both sides for the lower valley slopes.
