Crag features

crag is at 38.665958,-0.099038. park on road just to the east and walk in past some sheds; take the right hand path (without gate) then at the hairpin bend carry straight on, crag appears on your left.

I spent a couple of evenings here in July 2011 and found the crag pretty much unchanged when I stopped by for a brief look in August 2016. It is a decent crag in a lovely setting; there are some easyish routes on the left-hand side (3/4).

Really nice crag, good rock and setting. Probably in the region of 30 - 40 routes between 20m - 30m high. Bolts were all good and close together on the routes we climbed. We climbed the leftmost 3 routes and the deep chimney route towards the right hand end of the crag. Estimated grades for these from left - right are: 5 / 5+ / 6a+ / 6a There are no names or grades on any of the routes. Approach: drive toward Font del Algar from Callosa / Bolulla and follow signs to the fonts. Immediately before the bridge over the river, turn left and pass a restaurant. Continue along this narrow, surfaced lane for about 1km uphill. After a few sharp bends look out for a fork to the right, park opposite here on a rough track (don't block the track as it's used). From the parking continue along the rough track passing a few sheds and a house on the left (gate). At the hairpin go straight ahead on a small track through the pine trees, this soon bears left and the crag comes into view on the left.
