Bryn y Dyfrgi consists of a tiered buttress. It has a 16 metre high south face and 12 metre high east face which offer a good collection of steep hard single pitch routes and boulder traverses on good rock.
The very short lower east face has a few harder routes on its right end which provide good bouldering highballs in the 7a/7b area

Follow the road to the bothy by the lake then countour around the lake to the buttress
