Crag features

Two contrasting sectors. The East sector is comprised of 3 alpine esq climbs on loose rock with only a few pitons in place. The climbing is average but the situation and views are fantastic. Access is difficult and requires a lot of hacking through dense forest.

The West sector is comprised of a fantastic sports crag with high end climbing, there is a single F6a to warm up on, the rest of the climbs are steep and fingery on great rock.

Approach notes

For both sectors park at the picnic area 200m downhill of the Miegebat power station. For the East sector walk down the road for another 100m before turning off left on the Camino di Santiago path. Almost immediately turn off the path and hack up through the wood to the base of the crag keeping left (good luck).

For the West Sector cross the bridge on the right hand side of the carpark and follow the well marked path to the base of the crag (visible from the carpark).

In August 11 the East sector is very overgrown and a really hard walk in. Not worth it for the quality of the climbs. The sports climbing is fantastic however.
