The Great Rock of Samazar, or Aylim to give it its correct Berber title is one of the biggest crags in the Tafraoute Anti-Atlas. With climbing on three distinct faces this could almost be considered to be three separate crags, of which the mighty East Face is the most impressive, giving incredible mid-grade adventures that start right by the roadside and run up to 800m or 20-odd pitches in length.
The 'smaller' West Face (Fig Tree Wall) is home also to some great outings, all between 4 and 6 pitches with an easy approach and suny aspect.
