Crag features
4 enjoyable routes of varying difficulty and a children's klettersteig / rope course. There is a kiosk to hire equipment and WC at the roadside below the routes. Topos for all the routes are displayed on boards next to the Kiosk. Further info and topos are available in the free Faszination Klettern booklet available at the info centre. The crag gets the sun in the morning and shade from the afternoon onwards. The routes make the best of the rock available on the hillside and are steep and exposed in places with good varied climbing.

Approach notes
All routes except the Astegg finish next to the Zimmereben hut/cafe and descent takes about 15/20 mins from there back to the start. Descent from the Astegg, which starts next to the finish of the Pfeilspitzwand, is via paths to the Gasthaus Astegg and takes about an hour to get back to Mayrhofen.
