Crag features

The crag lies just above and to the right of the giant peg which can be seen in Evolene. From the Co-Op walk up the valley to just past a big christian cross on the left and then take the path heading up to the crag on the left. This is also the path back down from the top. To the crag head left towards the base of the crag rather than directly to the top. You can leave any bags etc at the bottom of the crag by the route description sign and collect when coming down the path from the top. The routes are all obviously marked with signs and the gear is all good, though via ferrata kit is needed. At the top of the crag before the path starts down the hill there is a picnic bench and a visitor book in a wooded box.

For some reason alpine grades were used instead of via ferrata grades on the route description sign at the crag. It has been suggested that the grades for the three routes should be VF1A, VF3A and VF5A in order of difficulty.

Approach notes

You can park in the main carpark in the village by the tourism office and then its a short walk to the start of the track.
