On the smaller beach to the south of the main beach of sanna with 3-5m bouldering routes. Great situation and nice rock. Fun for playing around on. Quite high in the centre so mats useful. Hidden from view as you approach but catches all the sun going...2023 update, currently a stream flowing under the crag which means slightly longer (and a wee bit scarier) routes plus your bouldering mat gets very wet, hopefully a short term thing and the sand will return.
Park either at Sanna or at Potuairk and you can take a nice ten minute walk from there. Hillier and more like twenty mins from Potuairk though this is nearer to excellent lighthouse. Can also canoe/kayak in from here for a fun double.

On the sea side of the wall there is a chasm with some traverses, sharp rock. See the photo I added with a topo. Nick_Scots - 10/Jul/21 |

There is a lovely little slab on the way out to sanna point as well. I did one niceline on it to the right but didn't have the courage without a mat to do the the harder lines on the left. sheelba - 09/Apr/15 |

An idylic holiday venue on a great beach with crystal clear swimming. The quality in the grade range covered is rather good, and there's still scope for the odd easier line, some worthwhile looking harder eliminates and one particularly striking but scary looking highball overhanging crack with a crap landing. catt - 11/Jun/13 |
