The main climbing area is on right-hand side of the river in a small rocky bay about 20 mins walk from the Vat visitor centre car park.

Burn ‘O Vat crag is a 20 mins walk from the Vat visitor centre car park. The best approach to follow is Take the path parallel to the road past the visitor centre, on route you should pass 2 bridges and go through the Vat then you should keep walking until you hit “Entry Slab” on your right, all climbing is up stream from here.
Walk in is easy enough just easier with good footwear as there are sections of path are bouldery.
