A quiet, disused quarry makes for an easy, fun few hours bouldering at heights between 3.5 and 4.5 meters. The area does have a bit of litter and broken glass about but nothing too much to worry about. Landings should be soft but a boulder matt will make you feel a bit more secure higher up the problems! Some of the rock is a little loose so please take care when pulling on suspect holds. There is an obvious descent route in-between the Red and Black walls.

Come off the M90 at junction 4 and drive away from Kelty for one and a half miles and turn right following sign for the equestrian centre. Follow this road (single with passing places) for another mile and a half and the quarry will be obvious on the right. There are a few parking spaces off the road at NT 101953.
Red wall was overgrown and loose but black wall provided entertainment for a short session. The friction was surprisingly good for this type of rock. yamithrain - 11/Jul/21 |

Visited today hoping for a fun few hours. . . Pretty poor venue, fair bit or glass lying around, problems not very good on either wall, loose rock especially on red wall. Will not be visiting again seanhendo123 - 27/Mar/15 |
