Climbs 28
Rocktype Sandstone (hard)
Altitude 160m a.s.l
Faces SW
Scenic spot on the north side of the river Tees in woodland. Faces south so gets plenty of sun. Some good looking lines but would benefit from more traffic to clean the routes. Suspect rock on some lines but others look solid. Could be a great little venue with a little love.
Park near the Fox and Hounds and walk down to the river, crossing it via two bridges. Walk east along the path by the river, branching off it to traverse above the waterline when the path starts climbing above the crag. Persevere with the bushwhacking to find the climbs!
