This is the birthplace of Finnish sports climbing. A dark foreboding north-facing cliff rears out of mosquito invested forest. The rock quality is high and a mixture of gneiss and granite culminating in an array of hideously small holds at an alarming angle. The cliff hosts Finland's hardest sport route, Tommi Nytorp's spectacular Synchro 8c. The climbs are sustained without real rests, the grades stiff and the warm up is 7a+. Welcome to Nummi, this ain't no Kalymnos.
Good topo here.
Even though the crag is close to a fairly busy road, the noise should be kept to a minimum due to nearby houses (even when sending the redpoints).
