Crag features
Tall slate quarry, always wet with an interesting cave at the bottom. Really not worth visiting without caving gear because the caving can't be worse than the climbing! [John Roberts]
Approach notes
(coming from elterwater) Take the road forking off to the R at the Eltermere hotel. Then fork R again. Take a quarry track on the L furthere up here, and continue up the hill until the quarry is on the L.
