Thomas Horgen climbing at Fosskollen crag i Drammen, Norway © Tom Atle Bordevik

Crag features

Short sport and trad routes, around 10m in height. Shady so consequently slow drying.

Watch out for the vicious ants.

NOTE: the crag is close to a protected area (cultural remains). Act accordingly. Do not remove any rocks etc, leave nothing, and climb/behave nicely. Common climbing sense in other words.

Approach notes

Access: Park by the southwest end of the lake Damtjern. Follow path leading across the footbridge from the carpark that leads west into the trees. Take the left at the first fork and follow the lights overhead. At the signpost follow the way marked for Fosskollen. At the information Fosskollen board take the main path leading left of the sign. The crag is reached on the left via a short descent when the path flattens out.
