The Punta Pioda is a 3,238m mountain in the Bregaglia Range of the Alps, located south of Vicosoprano in the canton of Graubünden. It lies in the Sciora group.
Approach notes
Access from the Sciora Hut accross moraine and snow patches which can be avoided by scrambling up rocky terrain to the right.
Approach time: 2 hours to start of route proper, 6-8 hours for climbing and 4-5 hours for descent.
