Crag features

A steep lenticular shaped crag, with a bulge at 7m that provides the crux of many of the routes. The climbing is usually steep and strenuous on positive holds, with adequate protection.

It has a reputation for being hard to find, not helped by slightly confusing guidebook approach descriptions. It is discernable from the grid reference on a 1:25,000 map. The pointer on this site is also accurate.

Approach notes

Please use the approach described by the guidebook to maintain good relations with the estate owners.
