Some consider this the hardest part of the Cuillin traverse, particularly in the wet. From the bottom of the gap, climb the north side via a large block and corner to a break on the left side at 30 feet. Continue straight up, passing a bulge on either side, to easier ground.

βeta: There is an in-situ cam where you would wish to place a sling over a spike. It blocks you from placing your sling. The cam is oriented pointing upwards, far from ideal should you fall on it you will cause a great bend in it's semi-flexible shaft. I wonder whether anyone will try to remove the cam or try to place their own gear here around the cam.
