βeta: I think the E5 grade in the Cairngorms guide must be because the top pitch originally climbed the corner instead of the crack, as that is how it's described. Clearly everyone climbs the crack, until it is possible to bridge into the corner. Definitely easier than The Spire. | βeta? | |
