Rockfax Description
A decent mid-grade route that starts close to Kirkus's Climb Direct, just right of the drystone wall.
1) 5a, 37m. Climb the right side of the short steep pillar, passing vegetation, to reach the belay on KCD. Follow the left arete of the slab to reach a bulge close to KCD. Climb over this and go up the slabbv wall above to a large grassy ledge.
2) 13m. Walk right along the terrace and belay below the wall or at a better belay in corner to the right.
3) 4c, 20m. Climb the wall just left of the corner then move right to a thread belay on a ledge.
4) 4a, 15m. At the back of the bay is a short steep wall with a crack. Climb the lower half of the crack then step right and follow a pocketed crack to the top. © Rockfax
