UKH Hills - 'Costantini Direct Finish'

A satisfying (and better?) finish to an already fantastic route that takes the prominent chimney system that develops more or less directly above the 9th pitch of Comici-Dimai. It is a bit harder than the original finish, usually requiring more time, and hence is less popular. The upper sections of chimney also remain wet for much of the year (but the same can be said for the original route). Because of its less frequented nature it is not as well equipped and a rack of cams is advised.
1-9) As for Comici-Dimai.
10-15) Follow the wide corner-crack which is often wet with climbing no harder than V+. Exit onto the Ringband Terrace. © Rockfax
