The obvious arête starts from a sds on the two small crimps of equal height. From here lead out along the arete before moving left positioning yourself under the lip before gaining it. Finish up right.
In the guidebook it's given 7a+/7b but as most people have voted mid 7b that's the grade I've given it, you may finnd it a tad easier though.
