HillJEB 12 Mar, 2016 - A warm and wet winter day. On the long approach from the Dam car park the bogs nearly devoured our 6-man (+1 dog) party. The snow was being melted by driving rain. Very little visibility above 600m.

atom 27 Sep, 2014 - Set off at 12pm from Car park at the dam on Loch Quoich, took a very boggy path to the forest and then up the more rocky path. Couple of women and a guy coming down then a single guy. Met up with a really friendly couple from Inverness with their two dogs, a black lab and border collie, the black lab was a vegi dog, liked apples :) they were on their 50th munro that week. Very windy and a few scattered showers but brightened as I reached the top. A slight scramble at the final few meters but a very good visible path all the way. Cairn on top and shelter for one person. Top at 3pm. Great views of Loch Quoich, Glen Kingie the trees and winding river and the bright roof of Kinbreak bothy below. Could see the ridge of Cluanie. Met a miserable couple on my way back down who clearly had had enough of munroing and just going through the motions to complete this tick list, why bother if you don't enjoy it anymore. Back down at 5:30pm to Mum and van
