Rockfax Description
An excellent outing, climbing a long-abandoned project up the centre of some impressively steep ground. Climb the pillar between the caves to a jug (peg and thread). A series of hard moves through blocky bulges lead to good holds on the left shoulder (peg) then continue up a steep groove (thread) to a small roof below the leaning headwall. Finish up the hard finger-crack which is climbed on the right with the help of holds in the vague groove. Shady all day and stays dry in the rain, kneepad useful. © Rockfax

βeta: This would be a fantastic route, like no other in the peak if it were bolted. Destined for obscurity with rusty old pegs and threads. Overhangs by 10m. Awesome! | βeta?

βeta: there are two pegs near the end of the steep bit at the bottom, the left one is rotten, the right one is rusty but ok for now, can be backed up with a red slider or a fiddly nut in the crack to the right
