No access problems. The area is part of the Eastern Edges SSSI designated for its assemblage of breeding birds - please make sure dogs are under control to protect birds and sheep: the grazier has reported losses.
Reason: Nesting Birds
Ring ouzel nest sites change quickly and frequently as they often have several broods each year with different nest sites for each brood. On site signage will be up around any of the nest sites where climbing may impact on the birds and this is always up to date and accurate.

βeta: Dear Tim, Yes, I did so I guess I did. I'm always doing this sort of thing though. Monkey Wall just felt a lot more exposed, cos you had to wonder leftwards over the ledge. This one had nice big juggy holds for yer 'ands - heave ho! Jolly good fun. | βeta?

βeta: Dear Mutl3y, If you found Monkey Corner easier than Monkey Wall (the "one over on the right") then yes, you did do something wrong. I agree with the others that the start is steep for VDiff. | βeta?

βeta: I'm not very good at climbing but soloed this the other day and found it easier than that one over on the right "if you find this scary then you're in the wrong game". And the 'move'? What move? Did I do something wrong? | βeta?

βeta: The start is non-trivial, and could maybe do with a grade, but I would rate the rest of the climb as solid VDiff. | βeta?

βeta: bastard hard for VDiff, even knowing the good holds are there it still isn't easy. HVDiff at least if not Severe In my humble opinion. | βeta?
