15 pitches. Quality climb with long runouts on first two pitches. After that, very spectacular, reasonably well-protected climbing, following a fairly logical line. The traverse at mid-height (easy to protect the second) and the exit pitch (athletic and often wet)are particularly spectacular. The walk off is loooong and quite exposed in places with some bolts. There is an alternative descent which is only shown in the latest guidebook for the area, which is an abseil descent down the large gulley which departs from normal decent route climber's right approx 50 metres below summit. If you look carefully you will see the first large cemented abseil ring approx 20m below pass. Don't take this option if other parties are above you. Very high risk of stonefall. Two 60m ropes necessary.
