Review

This guidebook describes around 60,000 feet of climbing on Lliwedd. The early history of climbing on Lliwedd is inextricably linked with some of the best early climbers, such as The Abraham brothers, Mallory and Winthrop Young, and with the early history of the Climbers' Club. Once regarded as one of the most important cliffs in North Wales, Lliwedd then slipped down the popularity ratings. A wave of exploration in the 1990s then gave the cliff modern climbs up to E4.
