Overview

Bryniau Holiday Cottage is an ideally located for a holiday in North Wales and a great base to explore the mountains crags and rivers of Snowdonia, the beautiful Conwy Valley, and North Wales’ coast.

Bryniau Holiday cottage sleeps 2-3, is ideal for couples and can accommodate young children. We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs on request.
Sorry the cottage is strictly no smoking.

With traditional oak beams throughout the cottage has a real cosy feel and comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen diner and lounge area with log burner The lounge has two comfy sofas with cushions and throws for you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and browse the guide books, magazines and brochures to plan your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. A good selection of utensils and dishes along with a selection of recipe books.

Upstairs is a gallery style double bedroom (open to staircase above hallway) with an original sloping beamed ceiling. A selection of pine furniture provides plenty of storage. Please be aware there is a low Apex beam in the bedroom all will need to duck under to reach the bed!

Although Bryniau Holiday cottage stands adjacent to our home it maintains its privacy and has its own private patio area which is a sheltered spot that gets the afternoon sun until it disappears behind the mountains in the evening, great for a BBQ or to relax and enjoy your favourite beer or wine.

Bryniau Holiday cottage is an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts and We provide some guide books and a map for you to peruse. Guy and I are both outdoor instructors and can be on hand to offer advice and suggestions.

So if you are looking for adventure, Snowdonia National Park is an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts and offers an abundance of walking for all levels, climbing and water sports. Gwyder forest is only a short distance away and offers scenic mountain bike trails as well as the Marin Trail for some exiting single track. Surf Snowdonia, boucne below and Zip world can also offer some exitement.

Finally, if you just want to explore the area, Conwy Castle, Bodnant Gardens, Betws y Coed with its’ outdoor shops, cafes and waterfalls, Trefriw Wells Spa and Woollen Mill, Conwy Water Gardens and pancake house are a few of the local attractions. All within easy reach.
