Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 07:00 to 12:00 then 17:00 to 22:00. Tuesday, Thursday - 17:00 -to 22:00. Saturday, Sunday - 09:00 to 17:00.

Prices

£3.00 for adults. £2.50 for children, students and other concessions. No time limit.

This wall is not a dedicated climbing centre. It is might be run by a school or leisure centre

Overview

There's a ladder if you want to set up top ropes.
There are big blue crash mats for soloing (6 of them). Fine for falling from the very top.
<6 metres tall.
Slab, mildly overhanging, severely overhanging, roof, vertical. Corners, aretes.
All different angles of wall are 3 panels wide each. (a panel being just over a metre wide)
Toilets, changing facilities,vending machines, swimming pool(in summer).

the price has gone up to £3.00 a.l.a.y.l... o and you have to pay £3.00 to join as this is an insurance policy thing ... alot of the holds have been rearranged or taken off thus making for a more interesting , or difficult [ depending on ability]wall. keeping climbing joe

The wall is closed until 12/11/05. They say there will be no changes to the wall. It's a good small wall, normally quiet and worth a visit.

As far as i'm aware there are a lot of construction works at the centre at the moment. rumor has it the wall is up for some improvements
