Cosy, welcoming end-terrace stone cottage, in the old slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, ‘the town that roofed the world’. Ideally placed for climbing in the Meolwyns and on the crags and boulders around Blaenau (Guidebooks - Meirionydd guide, North Wales Rock and North Wales Bouldering) . 20 minutes from Betws y coed, 20 minutes from Tremadog. Nearest crag less than 5 minutes walk (pretty much behind the house!) Llwyn Hir really is an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts, climbers, walkers, paddlers, mountain bikers or indeed anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing or exciting break in this area of outstanding natural beauty. If you're on UKClimbing you probably don't need me to tell you this!
