Can this be removed as it has been superseeded by new QUB climbing wall link

Queens University are currently building a massive extension to the Physical education centre and this will house a new climbing wall. I am told that it will have a good variety of routes and a pot-holing area. It should be open by the end of Summer 06. Hopefully it will be open access but I suspect it may be expensive to use if you are not a Queens student.

The Queens University Mountaineering Club meet at the wall on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons. At these times priority is given to climbers, and the football is moved. Routes are reset fairly regularly and the should be something to challenge most climbers.

When I went I was told that you could only climb if accompanied by a member of the Queen's University climbing club, because the mats etc. are kept locked away. Even if that's not true, the wall is at the back of a sports hall, so if people are playing football there you can't use it. Very disappointing, because the wall has lots of potential.
