I can only reiterate the first reviewers comments. This is an first rate indoor facility that can introduce the beginner to their first experience of climbing. It can also provide the more experienced climber with the facility to brush up on rope skills before venturing back outdoors or who may be looking at honing their skills prior to events such as an SPA assessment. All this is done under the watchful eye of an experienced qualified instructor.

I've now been climbing at NXG for 4 months now. On my first time there, Chris (qualified instructor) was helpful and welcoming, and his relaxed friendly approach really put me at ease. The facilities are perfect for the beginner, and has all the equipment available at no extra charge. The walls are adaptable to keep it challenging for any ability and 'one on one' tuition is given on all aspects of climbing, technique, equipment, etc. Climbing at NXG has enabled me to advance, and I have now climbed outdoors, which NXG organised. I highly recommend NXG, what ever your ability.
