Overview

The village hall is well positioned for both Wasdale and Eskdale and is c 200 metres from the local pub (the Bridge Inn) and Woodlands tea room. The hall provides simple accommodation for walking and climbing groups bringing their own sleeping arrangements - generally sleeping mats or camp beds. There is hot and cold running water, a kitchen with microwave, free standing cooker and under counter fridge, 2 toilets and a shower. The hall has disabled access and facilities. There is also gas hot air central heating and a large off street parking area.
