The new Black Series trekking pole: award-winning technical elegance
LEKI's new, award-winning Black Series trekking pole (£194.95) offers the highest technical and aesthetic standards on the market.
The perfect pole for ski touring this winter is the LEKI Helicon Lite pole - two-piece, adjustable and built for safety. Made from high-strength aluminium, the Helicon Lite has a diameter of 16mm and 14 mm, making it incredibly robust.
The Helicon features LEKI's Speedlock+ system – a light and reliable locking system which enables quick and easy individual adjustment to the pole length from 110 to 145cm. The new Speedlock+ system is 35% lighter and 27% smaller than the SpeedLock 1 system and maintains the same holding force.
The Evocon Soft Core Grip sits perfectly in your hand and allows a variety of grip variations for ascents and descents. Meanwhile, the strap can easily be adjusted to the required length. Thanks to a packing size of just 99 cm, the pole is easy to stow away on a backpack.
The special touring baskets are very practical, and the binding baskets enable easy use of the binding and heel lifter.
