Pretty interesting. I enjoy watching these reports, but as with tech there seems to be a headlong rush for innovation, sometimes at the expense of doing simple things well.

I wonder if the man from crux really means high molecular weight polyethylene rather than high density polyethylene? One is dyneema/spectra and the other is plastic milk bottles.

This is a poly bag with a zip in it on wheels - for £350 - £380. It is quite possible to get return flights to Alpine ice with a nice hotel B&B including pizza and chips every night and going on the lash to celebrate when you get back for less than the price of this bag. You would have to cope with the shame of course of traveling with a clunky old black suitcase. Still the climbing and the hangover would make up for it.
