Climbing:2011, the only UK-centric climbing calendar for UK climbers by UK climbers, is now shipping. To get your copy nip along to any good climbing shop or else go to www.keithsharplesphotography.co.uk

Keith has travelled the length of the country, and then some, to pull together the shots for Climbing:2011, his seventh rock climbing calendar. Headlining on the front cover is Liam Lonsdale, the UKC 'Be in My Calendar' Competition winner, on the unique Dreaming of Red Rocks at St Bees up in the Lakes. Check-out those blue skies; who said the sun never shines in the Lakes!
Further action from the Pennines comes from the uber bouldering venue that is Stanage Plantation, trad. limestone on Windy Ledge on Stoney Middleton, bolt-clipping at the Chee Dale Cornice and some overhanging madness at the pumpfest that is Craig y Longridge. Farther afield, there's trad. and DWS action from Pembroke and some 'off the beaten track' sport climbing at Dinas Rock in South Wales. Finally, there's some seriously traditional trad. climbing on Hoy, Orkney.
Overseas bouldering and sport climbing action comes from Franchard Isatis (Fontainebleau, France), Genat (Pyrenees, France), El Triangulo (El Chorro, Spain) and finally Acephale, (Rockies, Canada).
Included within Climbing:2011 is the 2011 Year Planner and Poster. Printed back-to-back, you can choose between the 2011 Year Planner which features Neil Gresham on Wet-T Shirt Contest (F7a+/S1) at Broadhaven Cove, Pembroke or else go with the poster which features Steve McClure riding the Ghost Train (E6/7 6b) in Stennis Ford, Pembroke. Tony Whitehouse of BetaClimbingDesigns was shocked at the Poster shot of Steve – "bloody hell, that's a wicked photo; a great shot and look at the amazing detail..."
