Ground Up has published a new guide booklet to the famous Llandudno limestone bouldering crag.

Parisella's Cave sits in a gloriously convenient roadside position on the Marine Drive in Llandudno. Nowhere else in the UK will you find such an impressive range of classic limestone test pieces. In fact you would be hard pushed to find anywhere in Europe with such a high concentration of hard problems – this really is the main event!

Since the early 80s when climbing legends Jerry Moffatt and Ben Moon first hung out on the Ormes this sheltered limestone cave has provided a focus for cutting edge activities. Each successive generation has left their mark with a series of key problems echoing the rise in world bouldering standards. The publication of the North Wales Bouldering guide in 2004 stimulated an intense period of development with the number of problems and links increasing at a phenomenal rate.

This mini guide gives you the breakdown of all the old classics, plus all the new wave problems and links. It also includes the adjacent Split Infinity Cave and the recently revived Breck Road bouldering area which sits just up the hill from the Cave.
