Cotswold Outdoor have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join their exciting and vibrant store in Windsor.

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with knowledge of outdoor clothing and passion for outdoor pursuits to work 16 hours a week on weekdays.

The Sales Assistant role covers the following areas:

• Provide customers with the best possible customer service experience, assisting them to find the products they are looking for
• Be involved in stock control and management
• Stocking shelves with merchandise
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays

• Good communication skills
• Be a team player - Used to working as part of a team
• Knowledge of retail environment
• Be Customer focused - Excellent customer service/care skills
• Have proven experience facing the public delivering customer service
• Have a real passion for outdoor pursuits and a desire to learn more about our products and brands
