Stronghold is looking to recruit operational staff to be ready for our opening in March 2017.

Stronghold is a new dedicated bouldering centre based in Tottenham Hale, just 3 minutes from the underground and over ground station. The team at Stronghold have big plans for the venue, with yoga classes, café, fitness gym, large event space, all in addition to London’s largest bouldering wall, it’s set to be an exciting space.

Strongholds aim is to provide a space where all ages and abilities, from the local community and beyond, will be able to enjoy the exciting sport of bouldering in a friendly, comfortable, state of the art facility. To achieve this aim we are looking for experienced, friendly, positive, and motivated individuals to fill several roles.

Available Positions

Operational

Climbing Instructors – We are looking to build a team of full time/part time and freelance instructors to run our various climbing courses.

Route setters – We are looking for full time and part time route setters who can ensure we are maintaining a high standard of setting across all grades on hundreds of boulder problems.

Admissions/Café Shop staff – We are looking to build a friendly outgoing work force to be the customer face of the facility. The admissions staff will receive training in Rock Gym Pro and how to make a good cup of coffee.

What We Offer

We are committed to being a London living wage employer, this is currently at £9.75/hr. All Operational staff will be on the London living wage as a minimum.
