Here at the BMC, we're all feeling like we need some more friends. Our Facebook page has got just under 7,000 followers, but we're sure that you can help us do better than that.

So, we've teamed up with Kenton Cool for a Facebook competition with a difference: if we get 8848 Facebook likes before Kenton summits Everest for the tenth time, then one lucky winner will be getting a personal video message from near the top of the world.

And that's not all.
