DMM International have a vacancy for a creative and dynamic graphic designer who can work independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant will be responsible for producing graphical content for both our climbing and professional business sectors. Reporting to the marketing manager and working as part of a small in-house team, the role will be varied and challenging, yet fulfilling and rewarding.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Generate original and exciting ideas for the design and layout of print and digital marketing materials inc. workbooks, adverts, website, posters, etc.
  • Work with the marketing team to design and deliver seasonal campaigns.
  • Research, plan and source marketing collateral such as packaging and POS.
  • Design graphics for events and new product launches.
  • Conceptualise and design modular trade stands.
  • Maintain and develop graphic design guidelines and templates
  • Assist the marketing manager in ensuring consistent brand aesthetic throughout all media
  • Maintain a robust system for keeping digital artwork secure and easily accessible
  • Organise and post process product photography
  • Deliver completed projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Other duties as required

Essential:

  • A strong graphic design portfolio
  • Comprehensive experience of using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Deadline orientated
  • Enthusiastic team player who is willing to learn new skills and contribute ideas
  • The ability to work under pressure and commitment to deliver projects on time
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

  • Interest or experience in climbing or working at height
  • Studio/product photography
  • Video skills

HOURS

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
